How to Lose Weight Fast

I agree that I am a fat person with a big belly like winter coat. I feel embarrassed when some children or people look at my belly in a funny gesture. Nowadays I am on a mission to find a way by which I can lose my weight as fast as I could. Books, video, exercise machines, lotions etc., I used all of them and was even more frustrated to see that my belly was at its position after a few days. Someone told me to search for diets promising you how to lose weight fast. I was surprised to see that there was almost every type of eating style taught including eating only meat or only carbs or only veggies and fruit. I liked the last option so I opted for it.

To further elaborate I started lifting weights, stretching, jogging and running as almost every guide on how to lose weight fast recommends daily and regular exercise. I also tried most of other exercises you can think of and I can do. All this worked wonders for few days but all this did not worked for long as I was not loosing weight after ten pounds even if I did double the exercise. Those ten pounds seemed nowhere in my big belly as I was overweight.

I was overstressed when I realized that the beach days are near and I will have to show this unusual body shape of mine in front of those slim figures. I always had a dream of wearing bikini on a beach but every time I tried so all people looked at my belly with a wicked smile on their face. I was looking for almost any idea to get rid of this problem faster to go on beach with a confidence.
