For instance I couldDo 140dumbell chest press on each arm but now its downTo 105-110. I could do 115 dumbbell shoulder press onEach arm but yesterday I could not even do 1 rep with95lb. I really want to loose fat but keep my strengthLevel and muscular maintained. Any suggestions. I amReally fed up right know anything to improve would beGreat. Thank you I will await for your response.

Hi, it is really simpleThe reason why this is happening is because you areOvertraining, when you are trying to lose fat, youMust minimize your weight training.

This point is very tricky and often misunderstood, when I say minimize training, I do not mean lower the intensity of your workouts. I actually mean you have to increase the intensity of your weight training workouts taking each and every set to positive failureI also mean that you need to perform no more than two sets per exercise and no more than one exercise per boatyard!

I also mean that you should weight train no more than twice a week- once a week is better! But it is important that those workouts be very intense! I can’t give you the details here -for that you need theFastMuscles program athttp://www.how-to-gain-weight-fast.com
