Weight loss tips: cut 100 calories a day for a fast weight loss

Overweight and fat people didn’t gain all those weight overnight. When we over consume even just as little as 20 to 25 calories each day, we are actually capable of adding up one kilogram of unwanted fat per year. But the good news is that when we lessen our calorie consumption by 20 calories every day, we are now unconsciously losing one kilogram of unwanted fat per year.
500 grams of body fat is equivalent to an approximate of 3,500 calories. So in order to lose half a kilogram of fat each month, all we need to do is to cut more than 100 calories a day from our current every day diet. Keep in mind that studies have shown that people who were able to lose weight in a slow manner are most likely keep it off for a long period of time. Our main goal in weight loss is to make slow and small changes that could last for a long time.
